Bob Kelemen is a Vice President at LHI and oversees the Human Resources Department. Kelemen’s career includes more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in telecommunications, health care and foodservice distribution.
Kelemen is responsible for the development of the Human Resources role in supporting the organization, labor and employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee development and training, workplace diversity initiatives, safety and regulatory compliance and performance management, compensation and benefit systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
