LHI facilitates hundreds of group events throughout the United States and its territories every weekend, a service that is particularly convenient for Service members on drill weekend. All told, LHI provided more than a million services last year at remote locations through our mobile, group event services offering.
In addition, we provide several services through our suite of call centers: a customer service line to process orders and schedule appointments; a clinical advisor line; a provider assistance line; a direct access line to organize distribution of requested drugs, vaccines or other pharmaceuticals; and a line to access behavioral health counselors 24/7.
