LHI understands the unique challenges facing customers in providing medical and dental examinations. Customers want an efficient medical examination process, seamless information technology (IT) data exchange and workflow, and often, electronic records of encounters. LHI provides high quality medical exams, with daily delivery to employees, Veterans, Service members, responders and beneficiaries.
LHI has the provider network, technical infrastructure, management experience, personnel, and tested processes necessary to successfully meet and exceed customers’ program objectives. We began developing these assets nearly a decade ago for the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), formerly FEDS_HEAL. To date, we have performed more than a million physical, behavioral health, dental and specialty examinations for RHRP.
LHI supports a variety of other medical evaluation programs including the World Trade Center National Responder Health Program; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); and Home Town Physicals (HTP) for the Army National Guard. Our operational service delivery capability forms the foundation for our solution. This proven, cost-effective, and low-risk approach is operational today, including nationwide access to providers; patient-centric customer service; expediency in facilitating appointments and processing results; accuracy and quality in the submission of completed examination reports; mature IT tools that automate processes and digitize records; and experienced program management to sustain a high level of performance.
