Training

LHI provides a variety of customized medical or dental training for all levels of participating providers, including telephonic training, on-location training, and web portal-based training. In an effort to ensure participating providers have the tools they need to meet customer demand, we provide manuals and guides specific to service prior to the start of training, enabling providers to have a clear understanding of expectations and the ability to formulate questions ahead of time. In the end, we walk our providers through the entire process so it’s easier for them to do their jobs.

Provider Assistance Queue

When it’s time to put that training to work, LHI has a Provider Assistance Queue available 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Central Standard Time. It’s a valuable resource that can be tapped at any point throughout the workday, even mid-service delivery. Some say we go above and beyond, but as we see it, we’re ensuring our participating providers have the knowledge and resources they need to exceed our customers’ expectations.
